One of my favorite Oaxaca treats, nieve - which in this case means icecream, but literally translated it means snow. When I lived here before, I would get nieve every Sunday after church and then go eat with while I watied for my bus to take me back to the city. I was able to go twice for nieve during the recent spring break. Still delicious :).
